Payment Policy:

The following is an explanation of our policies regarding payments for services. Please read carefully before signing up for a premium membership plan.

1. Cancellation. If you sign up for any premium plan on SimpleVLE.com, you have to ability to cancel at any time. However, your account will maintain premium status until the last day that you paid for. So, if you pay for a month and cancel immediately after, you will still maintain a premium account for the whole month.

2. Refunds. There are no refunds or partial refunds. In extreme circumstances, we can make exceptions but the decision will be made on a case by case basis. To request a refund, contact us at support@simplevle.com or call the phone number available to our premium members only. This phone number can be found at the bottom of all pages after login.

3. Pricing. Currently, there are only two pricing plans. Details of those plans can be found here. School/Payment Plans are not yet available.

• Simplistech LLC uses Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc. (Braintree) for payment processing services. By using the Braintree payment processing services you agree to the Braintree Payment Services Agreement available at https://www.braintreepayments.com/legal/gateway-agreement, and the applicable bank agreement available at https://www.braintreepayments.com/legal/bank-agreement.
